What we collect, and when we delete it

What we never do

You never create an account. We do not use tracking cookies, advertising pixels or Google Analytics, and we do not share information with anyone.
We use Plausible for simple, cookieless visit counts that cannot identify you.
Fonts and images are served from this site. We do not embed videos or social media widgets.
Most Bible translations are stored on this site. The New Living Translation comes from API.Bible, which asks us to report each chapter that is read. Our server sends that report, not your browser, with random one-time codes in place of any device or visitor ID, so the report cannot identify you or link your visits.

Every form asks for your email so we can reply. Instagram is optional: give it only if you would like us to message you there.
Bible request: the name you choose, country, language, format, delivery situation, email, Instagram if you choose, and any notes.
Discord community: the name you choose, Discord username, email, Instagram if you choose, family background, age range, how long you have followed Jesus, and why you want to join.
Church Finder: your email, and optionally your Instagram, a city or region and what you are looking for. We email you the tool link.
Get help: the name you choose, email, Instagram if you choose, country, what is happening, urgency, details, and a safe time to contact you.
Prayer request: an optional name or initial, your request, your email, Instagram if you choose, and whether it may appear on the prayer wall (never with your name or contact details).
Testimony: a display name, background, title, story, your email and Instagram if you choose. We remove identifying details before publishing and then delete your original wording.

Emails, Instagram handles, persecution reports, Bible delivery notes and Discord applications are encrypted in our database.
Only a small staff team can see submissions, using two-factor sign-in. Every staff action is logged.
Emails we send you have plain subject lines such as "Your request" or "Your link".
To stop spam we use Cloudflare Turnstile and short-lived rate limits based on a scrambled form of your network address.

Bible requests are deleted 30 days after delivery or cancellation. Discord applications are deleted 30 days after you are invited or declined.
Church Finder sign-ups are deleted after 30 days.
Persecution reports are reduced to country, type and urgency 30 days after they are closed; names, contact details and the story are removed.
Prayer requests not shown on the wall are deleted 30 days after our team reads them; names, emails and Instagram handles are removed from wall requests after the same period.
Emails and Instagram handles on published testimonies are removed 30 days after publishing.

Verses you mark as memorized and the prayers you have prayed for are stored only in this browser. You can clear them by clearing site data.
Your reading plan and which days you have read are stored only in this browser. Quick exit erases them before leaving the site. There are no reminders, emails or notifications.
